Consultation on Enforcement Policy
We need landlords and agents in the private rentals market to give us their views on the council's draft housing enforcement policy. The policy will help the council deliver its vision for housing in North Lincolnshire. It covers the way in which the council will deal with homes that are failing to meet the standards defined in The Housing Act 2004. Although the Act applies equally to all owners of housing accommodation, the council is particularly interested in the views of private sector landlords and agents.
