Gypsy and Travellers Additional Issues and Options Paper

This additional Issues and Options paper forms the first stage in preparing the Gypsy and Traveller site allocations in the Housing and Employment Land Allocations DPD.

Following the Issues and Options stage of the Housing and Employment Land Allocations DPD, the Council resolved to produce an Additional Issues and Options paper due to the fact that no sites had been identified for Gypsy and Travellers sites in the previous round of consultation. This document sets out background information as to where Gypsy and Traveller sites need to be provided in North Lincolnshire over the next 15 years.

This Issues and Options paper proposes potential sites options that may be appropriate for Gypsy and Traveller sites, gauge public opinion on the proposed sites and allow possible alternative sites to be submitted for consideration in the Housing and Employment Land Allocations DPD at the Preferred Options stage.
